Items to include in a bag for infants 2 and under:
- Diapers (five per child)

- Scented baggies (for diaper disposal)
- Portable changing pad
- Change of clothes (for both infant and adult, in case baby spits up on your shirt)
- Baby bottle (pre-filled with correct amount of infant formula)
- Bottle of water
- Baby food and plastic spoons (for older infants)
- Sippy cup
- Ziplock bags (helpful in keeping items dry)
- Pacifiers (one per child)
- Fever reducer
- Hand sanitizer
- Emergency contact book (include: parent’s phone number, pediatrician’s phone number, child’s birthdate, current weight, allergy info, local poison control hotline)
- Burping cloth
- Toys
Items to include in a bag for toddlers ages 2 – 5:
- Extra underwear (in case of accidents)
- Change of clothes for child
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Hand sanitizer
- Band aids
- Emergency contact book (include: parent’s phone number, pediatrician’s phone number, child’s birthdate, current weight, allergy info, local poison control hotline)
- Bottle of water
- Spill-proof cups designed for older kids
- Snacks (fruit won’t stay fresh long un-refrigerated; dry cereal and crackers in a hard container work well)
