How-To
Back Massager
You can create your own back massager by taking a really long tube sock, placing three tennis balls inside, and then tying a knot at each end so the balls remain toward the center. You can use the back massager by gripping each end with your hands and rolling the massager firmly against your back. You can also use a wall. Hold the massager vertically against the wall and rock your back from side to side. Or hold the massager horizontally against the wall and roll yourself up and down against the massager.

Relaxation
Another great way to alleviate stress is by remembering to relax. You can remind yourself that you need to slow down and breathe deeply by placing visual cues around your home. For instance, you can place stickers, or tie a ribbon around different areas of your home where you are likely to see them throughout your day. Place them high up, at your eye level, out of the reach of children. Whenever you spot one, take a moment and breathe deeply three times.

Reflection
A third way you can relieve stress is to take a notebook and keep a journal to write down some brief thoughts about how your day went. You can balance good and bad reflections by asking your self what was your favorite part of the day and what was your most challenging part. Processing the day’s events can help ease your stress and help future days run smoother.
